One-Off Engagements

SME² enables small business owners to optimize their financial controls and maximize their potential for attracting investors. All clients start off with a One-Off Engagement and go through SME²’s Core Process. That way, we can develop their custom financial model (CFM). The graphic below outlines the typical schedule of the Core Process.

Custom Financial Model (CFM)

As indicated above, at the end of the Core Process, the client is given a working copy of the completed CFM. They can adjust it as they see fit to perform their own ad hoc analysis indefinitely. This CFM will include:

  • Income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement

  • Adjustable assumptions dashboard

  • Performance metrics

  • Valuation module

  • Cost analysis

  • Cash forecasts

Available Add-Ons

The construction of other materials can be added to a client’s One-Off Engagement, including, but not limited to:
